I’ve spent over 7 years in student housing — not from the sidelines, but in the trenches. From Leasing & Marketing Manager to Property Manager to Area Lease-Up Manager, I’ve led teams through oversaturated markets, underperforming seasons, and high-pressure lease-up cycles where every bed counts. I’ve successfully preleased 900-bed assets during the peak of COVID, outpaced 16+ competitors, and backfilled over 100 no-show beds in 30 days. I’ve led 19-person teams, mentored 10+ professionals who were promoted into management roles, and managed properties that carried 11% of a REIT’s portfolio revenue — more than double the expected performance.​ Before launching Lease Up Lab, I served as a University Account Manager at Off Campus Partners (CoStar), overseeing 37 university markets for student housing and maintaining direct relationships with 49+ universities.
